Our Restaurant Garden is one of our fine dining restaurants awarded 6 pans in the Gusto, 3 chef's hats in the Grand Guide and 1 toque with distinction in the Gault & Millau. Here we serve contemporary European cuisine, seasonally and freshly cooked from high-quality ingredients on a classic French basis. We are characterized by a high standard of craftsmanship in terms of classic preparations as well as the fact that we meet the demands of an international audience for fresh and healthy cuisine.

As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:

  • Organization of the post's work processes, taking into account legal provisions and regulations as well as ensuring hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Ordering the required goods in coordination with the kitchen management
  • Ensuring and carrying out the qualitative, quantitative and timely production of the functional area while adhering to and monitoring the specified recipes
  • induction of new employees; Instruction and monitoring of the training content
  • Control of the cleanliness of the work area and the work equipment while ensuring hygiene standards
  • Participation in the design of menus, menus and promotional cards
  • Representing the sous chef in his absence

 

Requisiti professionali

You are characterized by creativity and craftsmanship, as well as organizational skills and an economical way of working.
