We expect the candidate to have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for quality, a creative mind and a good work ethic. Candidate will be required to prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, Follow recipes and presentation specifications, Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards, Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment, Restock items as needed throughout the shift, Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
In addition, due to the size and scope of our restaurant company, we will try to offer long-term colleagues the chance to move around our different restaurants (Market Lane, Castle Restaurant, ORSO, Elbow Lane & Goldie) as circumstances allow, to get a broad level of experience not offered by others.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy hospitality environment.
- We ask that you have intermediate to proficient English as our restaurants are busy fast moving environments where communication is key.
- The minimum time commitment that we ask for is 9 months.
- Be fully eligible to work in Ireland as per current Irish Immigration Law
