Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes for half-board menue, within the speciality section (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Patissier or Saucier).

The half-board menu consists of a salad bar, an appetizer, soup and a warm appetizer, three different main courses, cheese buffet and dessert.

Requisiti professionali

Knowledge of the German language

Ability to produce good quality food in all sections 

Positive and approachable manner

Team management skills
