Do you like to work with a nice team and do you like to work with fresh ingredients from the Park? Than we would love to recieve your application.

The head chef looked after the day-to-day activities and progress in the kitchen, prepare dishes for our daily visitors and for our business guests.

The head chef is responsible for supervising all aspects of the preparation, production of the dishes and will check the quality.

Everything goes without saying that you monitor hygiene in accordance with HACCP standards and you keep the work environment clean.

Requisiti professionali
  • A motivated and positive attitude
  • A fully qualified chef or relevant work experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking skills
  • Knowledge of products, ingredients and menu composition
