Dear Bus Drivers, Boreal Travel, a leading player in the field of mobility in the Norwegian market, is seeking drivers for the period May – September/October 2025. The main responsibilities include servicing cruise ships in Stavanger, Haugesund, Bergen, Voss, Honningsvåg, and other transport tasks such as tours and airport transfers. Boreal Travel is a company catering to tourist traffic throughout Norway, employing over 500 people nationwide.
We offer: • Fixed-term employment contract directly with a Norwegian employer. • Minimum guaranteed basic salary during training/induction: approximately 41,000 NOK per month (gross) with full availability. • Full-time employment, 35.5 hours/week, 154 hours/month. • Compensation at 50% above 154 hours/month. • Night shift bonuses (22:00-01:00 and 05:00-5:30) +50% of the basic hourly rate, and 100% (01:00-05:00) • Vacation pay (feriepenger) – +12% of gross salary. • Free accommodation in single rooms (apartments, houses) during the project or a subsidy of up to 7,000 NOK for personal accommodation. • The possibility to arrange time off with the manager to spend in your home country. • Support and assistance in obtaining necessary documents for bus driving work in Norway. • Employer covers transportation costs back and forth. • Possibility to continue working after the holiday season or in the next holiday season.
Our requirements are: • Valid D category driver's license and current course for passenger transport (code 95). • Experience in bus/coach driving. • Care for entrusted equipment. • High personal culture. • Ability to operate and maintain bus cleanliness. • Driver's card and proficiency in using a digital tachograph. • Communicative English language skills for collaboration in an international work environment. • Commitment, high motivation, conscientiousness. • Ability to work in a team.
Preferred: • Norwegian Tax Number. • Kjøreseddel (valid). • Experience in driving vehicles in Scandinavia. • Experience in tourist services.
