As part of our continued growth and innovation, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to join a major client of ours.
💼 About the Role
You’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring that project requirements are captured, refined, and translated into high-quality deliverables for agile teams.
📊Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Modelling & Documentation: Define project needs through clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- User Story & Epic Creation: Develop comprehensive user stories and epics that guide the development team.
- Agile Sprint Support: Support sprint planning and reviews, helping to prioritize work and reflect outcomes.
- Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Lead stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration: Work with QA teams to define test plans and ensure deliverables meet standards.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize a clean product backlog with refined, ready-to-develop user stories.
- Training & Documentation: Produce training materials and documentation to support the rollout of new features
Requisiti professionali
🔍Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience as a Functional / Business Analyst
- Strong oral and written communication skills English. Fluency in French is highly appreciated.
- Experience in business process modelling & workflow analysis
- Data analysis & visualization
- Software testing principles
- Agile methodologies
- Tools: Jira Cloud, Confluence
