Join the team at The Westin Palace Milan, one of the city’s most iconic hotels, and help make breakfast a memorable experience for guests from all over the world. As a Breakfast Demi-Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the most important moment of the day, preparing impeccable dishes and enhancing fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and carefully presenting breakfast specialties, with close attention to flavor and visual appeal.
- Supporting the team in managing the breakfast line, ensuring efficiency and a smooth workflow.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and inspiring work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with Westin’s standards of excellence.

Requisiti professionali
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and strong team spirit.
- Attention to detail, both in food preparation and presentation.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for culinary arts and genuine interest in hospitality.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
