The role includes preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, issuing bills, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring quality standards and proper functioning of bar equipment, in line with company procedures and safety regulations.
Requisiti professionali
Duties and responsibilities:
- preparing beverages and serving guests
- maintaining cleanliness of the workspace
- responsibility for complying with quantity and quality standards of served beverages
- ensuring proper storage of beverages, proper functioning of bar equipment (coffee machines, cooling devices, lighting), and maintaining necessary small inventory and consumables
- taking orders, issuing and charging bills
- calculating daily consumption and submitting cash to the cashier
- applying occupational health and safety measures
- performing all activities in accordance with legal and internal regulations, procedures, and company objectives
Requisiti preferenziali
Required qualifications and competencies:
- vocational or secondary school qualification in hospitality
- friendliness and hospitality
- team-oriented mindset
- completed bartender training course
Preferred qualifications and competencies:
- knowledge of at least two foreign languages (preferably English, German or Italian)
- experience in similar hospitality positions
