Le risorse, per noto brand internazionale di ristorazione, si occuperanno di accoglienza clientela, preparazione bevande, cassa, pulizia spazi, vendita di prodotti del merchandiser (tazze-tazzine-borracce) e miscele di caffè; la figura di Assistant Store Manager si occuperà anche di gestione team.
PROFILO IDEALE: esperienza pregressa in ristorazione; flessibilità oraria; italiano fluente e inglese buono; tassativo possesso patente B e auto. L'azienda valuterà anche figure con esperienza in ruoli manageriali in ristorazione inserendoli come Assistant Store Manager.
ORARIO DI LAVORO E CCNL: FULL-TIME 40 ore per Assistant Store Manager, per Baristi PART-TIME 20/24 ore su turni, flessibili e diversificati apertura/centrale/chiusura sulla settimana, in orario 03:30/22:30 - Pubblici Esercizi
RETRIBUZIONE: Baristi V livello, RAL € 21.614 (full-time, da riproporzionare per part-time); Assistant Store Manager III livello RAL € 25.000/28.000

CONTRACT TYPE: FIXED-TERM/PERMANENT
WORK LOCATION: MALPENSA AIRPORT.
The candidates, working for a well-known international catering brand, will be responsible for customer service, preparing drinks, cashiering, cleaning, selling merchandise (cups, mugs, water bottles) and coffee blends; the Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for team management.
IDEAL PROFILE: previous experience in catering; flexible hours; fluent Italian and good English; driving licence and car essential. The company will also consider candidates with experience in managerial roles in catering for the position of Assistant Store Manager.
WORKING HOURS AND NATIONAL COLLECTIVE LABOUR AGREEMENT: FULL-TIME 40 hours for Assistant Store Managers, PART-TIME 20/24 hours for Baristas on flexible and varied shifts covering opening/central/closing times throughout the week, between 03:30 and 22:30 - Public Establishments
REMUNERATION: Baristas Level V, RAL €21,614 (full-time, to be adjusted for part-time); Assistant Store Manager Level III RAL €25,000/28,000
