We are a small team of intrapreneurs, who are working on an innovative, cloud-based, digital solution for the cold chain, called Cool.it – and we need you! The position is preferably located in Nordborg, but working from our office in Copenhagen is also an option. No matter where your primary location is, you will need to be in Nordborg during your start-up phase to be properly integrated into the team. Our solution is 100% cloud-based, running on Microsoft Azure with an API first approach, having a web front-end built in React and a mobile app using Xamarin.

Develop, design and align the software architecture As back-end developer, you will provide architectural steering and support, ensuring architectural conformance and efficient delivery of solutions for Cool.it. With your strong business understanding and in-depth knowledge of solution architecture, you will be in a key position to drive, direct and align IT architectural design across the entire business area. Your main tasks will be to: •Create end-to-end architecture, i.e. application, data, security, technical, solution etc. •Ensure that the architecture is supporting the business goals and NFRs •Be technically responsible for the application and infrastructure •Be DevOps process owner and Scrum Master •Take the lead in development and be a mentor •Cooperate with external partners – consultants, customers, IT departmentsYou will focus on usability, and you are able to put yourself in the customer’s place when designing solutions and generating new ideas. Flexible and innovative mind-set and excellent communications skill You have solid knowledge of and working experience within software architecture, Azure, REST API, .net, C#, ASP.NET, DevOps, unit testing, integration testing, SQL, Git, and Agile development processes. Maybe you hold a Master’s degree in computer science or a related field. If you have experience from supply chain, it will be an advantage.

Moreover, you are able to communicate both technical and business matters in a clear and concise language. Last but not least, you are proficient in English, verbally as well as in writing.
