Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro
As an assistant to our mostly Italian-speaking site managers, you will work in a team primarily on challenging projects in Germany and other European countries. You will skilfully apply your enthusiasm for technical processes and communicate with our customers and partners about deadlines, deliveries and other organisational tasks.
As part of the team, you will often be on site with the customer for long periods of time, so travelling and a willingness to travel are a matter of course. You will report directly to the site manager.
Requisiti professionali
- Representing the site manager in meetings and coordination between customers and suppliers.
- Assists site manager with scheduling, coordination, correspondence, translations.
- Contact person within the company regard to organizational and logical processes
Requisiti preferenziali
- You are a team player with organizational talent.
- Technical affinity.
- Experience in the automotive area.
- You speak and write Italian, German and optionally English.
- You have a class B driving license.
- You are willing to travel and spend long periods on site, mainly in Germany.
