Assembler – Electrical

Guarantee the assembling of the product in the proper way and on time delivery, using manual tools, electrical panels, board machine connections, high power cable terminations and drive programming

Main tasks & key responsibilities
• Guarantee the assembling of the wiring products, components, power and signal wiring according to:
o Standard wiring ruling
o Production documentation (wiring technical drawings, part lists, internal order, test certification)
o wiring technical drawings
• Resolve assembly problems by alternative solutions, notifying supervisor and Quality Control dept. to obtain concession and approval, or re-working orders
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with internal policy and common sense
• Doing functional testing, quality test and insulation test
• Respect the scheduled production planning
• Use the correct equipment aligned to wiring standards assembly instructions
• Knowing the Quality Systems ISO9001
