Sentido Apollo Palace Hotel is seeking for a talented Commis Chef for the 2025 season.
Requisiti professionali
- Preparation of the workspace
- Support for the needs of both the hot and cold kitchens
- Preparation of ingredients according to the Chef's instructions
- Adherence to HACCP regulations (hazard analysis and critical control points)
