The role
The Academy Operation Manager (OM) is the primary point of contact for customers. You be responsible for a list of accounts in the region. You will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareOne and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
· Develop strong knowledge through ongoing training with software publishers.
· Act as key resource for volume license offerings.
· Contact with current customers on a daily basis.
· Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers.
· Work collaboratively with assigned Account Managers.
· Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships.
· Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer.
What we need to see from you
- Currently pursuing studies in Sales, Management, or a related field and eligible and interested for an alternance.
- No prior professional experience required—just a strong desire to learn.
- Fluent in French (native) with solid proficiency in English.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial-minded.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.
- Basic understanding of technology solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft licensing programs and product offerings.
Knowledge of:
- Operational policies and procedures
- Effective customer service and sales techniques
