ESP Sweden technicians are primarily responsible for the Disassemble / Inspect / Repair / Assembly / Overhaul and test a wide variety of Rolls-Royce M250 Engines and components, concentrating on the C20, C28, and C30 model engines.

Maintenance must be performed accordance with current EASA and FAA regulations, the Repair Station Manual, MOE and Quality Control Manual, EASA and FAA Approved Data, work order instructions, and the manufacturer’s standard practices.

Job Description

 

  1. Proper handling including maintaining the preservation of all units or parts while in inventory, during the repair process, through completion, and when parts are shipped.
  2. Ensure that the product built to meet customer specifications and meet all EASA and FAA requirements.
  3. Ensure that all maintenance performed in accordance with approved technical data and that relevant maintenance records required for work performed are correctly executed.
  4. Tracking of each project/task from start to finish while ensuring quality standards.
  5. Review and interpretation of engine and component logbooks and historical records
  6. Preparing and presenting product inspection evaluations.
  7. Training of less experienced technicians when required.

 

 

Qualifications Ideal Qualifications:

 

High School Diploma or equivalent

 

A&P Certificate, EASA and/or FAA issued Airframe and Power plant (A&P) Certificate



Prior Experience, Merit with prior experience working with Rolls-Royce Model 250 engines for maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul.

 

Communication Skills, Should possess good oral and written communication skills in English, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.



Computer skills, Must be able to use computer to read technical documentation, email communication, and other tools related to job performance.

 

Overtime, some opportunities for overtime. Must be able to work overtime on short notice.
