Are you looking for advice about employment? A job? Or a training opportunity? Then visit us at the Job Fair 2014 which will be held both onsite (MCC, Valletta, Malta) and online from the 27th until the 29th November!
EURES and the Maltese Public Employment Service in Malta (ETC) are organising a Job Fair that aims to provide advice, training opportunities and job opportunties for job seekers both in Malta and within the EU in all sectors.
At the Job Fair, jobseekers/job changers can meet employers and representatives from several EU countries. There will also be seminars throughout the day given by EURES Advisers about living and working conditions in each participating country, information sessions given by employers about current vacancies, talks by EU Information Agencies and other participants and workshops relating to interviewing techniques and practical tips on finding a job within the EU.
If you’re an employer, you can expect to meet hundreds of qualified job seekers within your sector.
The Job Fair Malta is well organised, publicised and well attended with the needs of both jobseekers and employers in mind. We look forward to your participation in the event.

The Job Fair is open to all jobseekers and job changers.

If you would like to attend on site then please visit the ETC website (www.etc.gov.mt) to view the invitation letter and complete the application form. At this event you will get the chance to meet interested jobseekers personally and promote your vacancies. The event will be held at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta on the 27th, 28th and 29th November. Click here for directions.

Getting there
How to get to the Mediterranean Conference centre (MCC)?
The Job Fair is going to be held at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta. This historic building is situated at the tip of the Valletta peninsula and was a hospital during the time of the Knights of St John.

Getting here by bus
All localities have buses that go to Valletta. All buses stop near City Gate. You can then walk all the way down Republic Street to the bottom of Valletta that will get you to MCC. This is about 1.5 km long. Alternatively you can take the circular bus (number 133) that will drop you off closer to the venue.
Getting here by ferry
You can get a ferry (weather permitting) that crosses from Sliema Ferries to Valletta Marsamxett. From there you can then walk to MCC.
Getting here by car
You can drive into Valletta however please be aware that on street parking is limited. The closest public carparks are close to the bus terminus near City Gate.
