Technicon A/S is a Danish technology house that manufactures automation solutions for the pharma industry. 

At Technicon, automation is more than technology and robots. It is the story of people – those who create the solutions, those who use them, and not least those who ultimately hold the product: the patients. 

We work closely with some of the world's most recognized pharmaceutical companies – to ensure that important medicines are produced faster, more safely, and with higher precision than ever before. Our solutions are never standard. They are well-thought-out, customized, and created with respect for the immense responsibility that comes with health and quality of life at stake. 

The pharma industry is complex, regulated, and demanding – and precisely for that reason, it is crucial to be able to trust both process and product. At Technicon, we combine technological innovation with care and understanding. Each solution is built on collaboration, curiosity, and a common goal: to contribute to a world where automation makes a real difference. We are involved in the entire process from designing the solution with the customer, through the development of mechanical and electrical systems, to the implementation of software solutions and the servicing of the customer's operations afterward. 

Behind Technicon is a team of curious, passionate specialists who value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collective success. We believe that the future of pharmaceutical production is shaped one automated step at a time, and therefore ideas are given space to grow, competencies are taken seriously, and one becomes part of a strong interdisciplinary community where professionalism and humanity go hand in hand. 

We are 85 passionate employees and primarily operate in Denmark but have also penetrated the European market for pharmaceutical production. The company is in Hobro (North Jutland), while a large part of our current customers is located on Sjælland. We have a relatively young team and have many joint activities that create the camaraderie that our customers benefit from.
