About the organisation
Scurri is a configurable next generation delivery management software that puts organisations back in control of their business by cutting costs, coordinating carriers, scaling capabilities and enhancing their customer offer and journey.
We process over 150 million orders per year and we continue to grow. Our staff operate across Ireland, the UK and Europe, supporting an international client base of ecommerce retailers, online marketplaces and postal clients.
We have three core products: Scurri Connect, Scurri Track Plus and Scurri AI Concierge
- Scurri Connect is a configurable, delivery management software designed to give back control of the most important pillars of the business.
- Scurri Track Plus is a post-purchase communications solution that provides control over sending communications with the retailers own brand.
- Scurri AI Concierge helps retailers resolve WISMO queries, reduce support costs and improve the customer delivery experience via AI.
We are based in Wexford Town, County Wexford, Ireland. We took series A funding in 2021 and have grown 34% on average year on year for the past 4 years.
