We have two locations based in Rathgar. Orwell Private includes Convalescence, Long Term Care, and an Acquired Brain Injury Unit. Our second location, Orwell Queen of Peace specializes in Long Term Care.

Our vision is to provide a continuum of care in a friendly, homely but luxurious environment – right in the heart of your own neighbourhood. This continuum is made up of residential long and short-term care, Acquired Brain Injury Care, Dementia Care and Respite Care, along with a wide variety of conditions. A friendly and supportive home care service is also provided for our more independent and self-reliant clients.

Orwell Healthcare, Rathgar, Dublin 6 and Orwell Queen of Peace, Garville Avenue are seeking to recruit motivated, caring, and compassionate Health Care Assistants.

Exceptional academic qualifications are part of the mix for any new additions to our staff, but your personality and commitment to care is every bit as important. Our aim is to attract, train and retain high calibre employees who have an interest in care of the older person or of any of our residents.

All of our Nurses must hold a valid NMBI PIN number and all of our Care Assistants must hold a minimum FETAC Level 5 Certificate in Care of the Older Person. In addition, all applicants must be willing to provide the following information and documentation prior to commencement in Orwell Healthcare:

• CV
• Two written references including one from your most recent employer
• Garda/Police Vetting
• Copy of qualification and training certificates
• Valid work permit and or visa
