Henne Kirkeby Kro – A Unique Workplace in the World of Gastronomy
Henne Kirkeby Kro has a proud history dating back to 1790. Today, the inn combines tradition with modern gastronomy and a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship. The property was fully renovated in 2008, and in 2016 we received our first Michelin star – a recognition of our dedication to exceptional cuisine and outstanding guest experiences.
Our team consists of around 20 employees, including chefs, waiters, kitchen staff, dishwashers, and our gardener. A large kitchen garden is an important part of our daily work, providing fresh ingredients directly for the kitchen and creating a special connection between nature, food, and the people who work here.
Henne Kirkeby Kro is an international workplace with colleagues from several countries. We value teamwork, professional development, and a strong sense of community. Many of our employees come from abroad, and we have extensive experience helping new international colleagues settle in Denmark.
