Job description
Château d'Audrieu is looking for a dining room assistant to join its team from April 27 to October 31, 2026.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth running of our restaurants.
- Provide a warm and personalized welcome to customers.
- Provide attentive service.
- Responsible for maintaining equipment and keeping the kitchen clean.
- Set up the dining rooms.
- Cleanliness and hygiene.
- Participate in service in liaison with the kitchen.
- Participate in cleaning and tidying the restaurant.

Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a high-end hotel.
You are thorough and flexible, and enjoy working as part of a team.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming manner.
Responsible and organized, you have the ability to anticipate problems and find solutions.
Meticulous attention to detail and concern for accuracy.
Works weekends and holidays.
