Our industry is always changing so we need a Senior Product Manager that is continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect thousands of people every day. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work across teams and departments to guide products from idea to launch by connecting the customer-, technical- and business worlds. You’ll break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at the speed of light. The end goal will be to match you with the team that best aligns with your passion, experience, and where you will have the most impact on our customers.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.

What you will do

• Own the ideation, development, and launch of new features and products with your team, from user research, customer interviews, writing user stories and requirements, through to product launch
• Collaborate with central and cross functional engineering teams to get new features shipped that bring value to customers
• Work collaboratively with our Product Marketing team to develop marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, core messaging, demos, and enablement tools to support the launch of new products
• Act as the ‘mini CEO’, Subject Matter Expert and Evangelist for your product areas, both internally and externally
• Contribute to the shared vision of the Trackunit product ecosystem and drive consensus on priorities leading to product execution
• Define and analyze success metrics and inform key stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-team and cross-channel partnerships and product evangelism to ensure widespread adoption of our products

Who you are

• You are passionate about delivering value digitally in one of the world’s least digitized industries
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role with a proven record of successfully launching SaaS products in an agile environment
• You know what great software products look and feel like
• You are energized by lean start-up principles
• You have a strong business acumen
• Experience conducting user research, building wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent communicator
• Open-minded team player with a ‘get things done’ mindset
• Great people skills
• Experience in the Construction and Telematics industries is a plus
