We are currently supporting ALTEN Engineering, Germany, in searching for a Telecommunication Project Manager.

Main tasks:

  • Management of complex customer projects at the customer’s site;
  • Project management of organizational, IT and telecommunications projects;
  • Ensuring the achievement of defined milestones in terms of time, cost / effort and quality of deliverables;
  • Advising and supporting customers;
  • Design and costing of tenders and bid presentation to clients;
  • Sales support.

The profile we are looking for:

  • University degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related subject;
  • Good knowledge of digital communications, switching and transmission technology (especially PMR - TETRA, DMR, dPMR);
  • Extensive experience in the implementation of complex projects;
  • Project management certification (e.g. Prince2 or IPMA) is highly valuable;
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL V2/V3 e.g. Foundation Certificate);
  • Good German and English language skills are mandatory.
