For our Blades Module Department we are looking for a Team Lead for the Acoustics and Power Curves Team, who is dedicated to the development of our future products. The Blades Department is responsible for wind turbine power and acoustic performance features as well as design, validation and production implementation of new wind turbine blades. The Team Lead owns the technology roadmap within Acoustics and Power Curves and is responsible for the quality and execution of tasks in acoustic turbine features, acoustic prediction tools, power curve analysis tools and advanced measurement techniques including acoustic arrays and Lidars.

What are my responsibilities?

· People management of a dedicated team of seven technical experts · Management of many interfaces and team tasks · Development of work processes · Ensure product development of turbine features and field validation of products · Ensure development future technologies and design tools · Ensure quality of deliverables and delivery on time · Building up the competences and capacities · Ownership of technology roadmap for the Acoustics and Power Curves area

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· You have a degree in Technical Engineering, M.Sc. and +8 years of professional experience · You have management experience from a product development environment · You have knowledge of wind turbine acoustics and aerodynamics and wind power meteorology · You thrive in and have experience from a multicultural organization and are internationally oriented · You are outgoing, ambitious and goal oriented · You are responsible, dynamic and willing to adapt · You possess strong communication and cooperation skills, as well as excellent English skills in writing and orally In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
