Job Description Summary: 

Support implementation and rollout of Xactly Incent, ICM tool.

Collaborate with systems team, data team and rest of the compensation team to ensure configuration of all plans and that all plan elements are optimized and properly operating in the ICM tool.

Ensure ongoing maintenance of ICM tool throughout the plan year to reflect updates related to new hires, promotions, terminations, and other compensation and headcount movements.

Validate transaction batches to ensure accuracy of system crediting process.

Define and develop solutions based on newly identified compensation elements.

Ensure performance of audits related to key system outputs (Salesforce, Tableau, Workday).

Prepare and submit internal and external audit requirements, i.e., IPEs and PBCs.

Perform timely monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations of sales compensation; validate and monitor payments to ensure adherence to incentive compensation plan components and company policy.

Review end-to-end commissions process to determine placement of necessary controls to mitigate financial risks.

Develop and document procedures to streamline sales compensation systems processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Handle analyzing, reporting, and tracking of sales compensation metrics, including creation of dashboards to highlight key results.

Assist payees with questions or concerns related to credits and payments.

Ensure timely processing of credit and payment adjustments.

Drive resolutions that will minimize/eliminate manual processes.

Evaluate opportunities for deceased redundancy in processing to optimize payout administration.

Systems and process training

Develop and maintain business partnerships with Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment of incentive compensation plans with organizational, financial, and sales goals.

Work with Sales Leadership, Sales Support, Sales Enablement and other leaders to educate on these processes.

Assist with projects as assigned by management.

Experience

Working in a fast-paced, high growth business environment.

End-to-end commissions processing, new hire input, plan generation, administration, commissions calculations, query management, reporting, and systems maintenance.

Handling heavy volume of queries and requests from various sales teams.

Proven experience in developing, implementing or administering compensation programs and systems.

Extensive SPM configuration, including formula writing, workflows, validation rules, calculations and security controls.

Defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed SPM functional designs.

Working with internal and external auditors to facilitate quarterly and yearly audits.

Documenting current state business processes and system designs as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs.
