Job Description

• Management and Supervision of Spa operations

• Ensure high-quality beauty and wellness services (massages, facial/body treatments)

• Compliance with company's practices and standards

• Staff Management and Supervision

• Promotion and Sales of Spa Services & Cosmetics products

• Complaint management

• Target achievements according to Company’s procedures

• Ensure effective communication with hotel departments

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Certificate in Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, Business Administration, Marketing & Advertising, Sales, or related field

• Proficient English

• Basic Computer knowledge

• Work Experience in sales/promotion

• Knowledge of additional languages
