Servo motor Repair Engineer
The Department
You will work in the new Electric Motor Department where you and your colleagues work on repairing and overhauling a broad range of servo motors. You will work in a clean environment, where safety, quality and client focus are paramount.
Tasks
- To repair, overhaul and test servo motors.
- To record the actions required for repairs.
- To carry out preventive maintenance on all types of Servo motors.
- To adjust, measure and test the electronics that determine the axis position in servo motors.
Job requirements
- At least a completed technical intermediate vocational education.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of electric motors.
- Knowledge and experience of servo motors is preferable.
- Wide-ranging work experience with disassembly, overhaul, repair and assembly of electric motors.
- Experience of using various items of equipment, tools, diagrams and data sheets.
- Wide-ranging experience of overhauling electric motors and an affinity with electronics is preferable.
- You are accurate in your work and quality is paramount.
- Good command of the English language, spoken and written, is a must.
