Service Technician (m/f/d) – Security Technology
To strengthen our expert team, we are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) in Security Technology to join us immediately in Stuttgart.

Your Responsibilities
Technical Service
- Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of safety systems, including intrusion detection (IDS), video surveillance (CCTV), access control systems (ACS), and fire alarm systems (FAS).
Fault Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Support regional customers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Inspections & Safety Checks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure system functionality and compliance.
Customer Consulting
- Work with sales and application teams to advise customers on technical matters.
Documentation
- Accurately document service activities and generate detailed service reports.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week
What We Expect:

- Completed vocational training in an electrical field or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in security technology
- Solid knowledge in the installation and servicing of safety systems (FAS, IDS, ACS, CCTV)
- Technical know-how and hands-on skills
- Valid Class B driver’s license
- Strong customer service orientation, independent and reliable working style
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and travel within the region
- Good knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
