Our multinational partner is looking for Service Desk Analysts with fluent GERMAN / FRENCH /ITALIAN AND ENGLISH language in 4 and/or in 6 hours.
Tasks:
- Provides support in solving authorization problems
- Accepts and immediately starts to process, solve or forward SW / HW and telephony problems
- Analyses requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
- Gives advice in order to achieve an efficient IT operation
- Accepts incoming information and makes sure that it is correctly recorded and is immediately processed or forwarded according to the internal processes
- Has a duty to supply information to the users; complies with the existing contractual agreements
Requirements:
- University or college degree is an advantage
- FLUENCY IN GERMAN OR FRENCH OR ITALIAN AND ENGLISH
- IT support experience is an advantage BUT FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good knowledge of the current Windows operating systems
- Good computer knowledge
- Customer orientated
