Senior Manager - Business Development & Support

Set direction and lead Business Development & Support You will be based in Billund where you will serve as Head of Business Development & Support (BDS). Your team consists of 2 Senior Business Consultants, 1 Global Master Data Coordinator and 1 Business Process Consultant. BDS aim to improve efficiency within the Shopper Marketing and Channel Development (SMCD) area. We do this by applying best in class solutions based on a continuously updated knowledge of the present SMCD business as well as securing a SMCD outlook on tools. Simoultanously, we keep the SMCD core business running with essential support, ensuring that master data is handled according to best practices. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for setting the functional direction for the BDS organisation in terms of model production, supporting the SMCD area. This entails: Prioritizing and allocating business development projects to the team in Billund as well as participating in and/or driving specific projects from time to time. Driving the IT Road Map for SMCD with a 2-3 year outlook, including creating annual IT project overview for prioritization. Training global e-Commerce and SMCD model production staff in the business lead role and making sure IT learnings are implemented globally in all key IT projects within SMCD. Setting the direction for the global Master Data Road Map (2-3 year outlook) and coordinating the SMCD implementation of data classification. 20-30 annual travel days. Leadership talent with international experience You have a relevant degree combined with at least 3-5 years of leadership experience from an international organisation You have experience leading IT, business excellence or development teams/departments and very strong communication and collaboration skills Since the leadership challenge is quite substantial in this position, you are prepared to document your track record of leading and developing a team Support and be a sparring partner for your team on specific projects and from time to time you will drive a project and other business tasks your self.
