You will be responsible for monitoring, tracking and maintaining up-to-date key information and plans for Transit Civil Infrastructure. You will be required to liaise with internal divisions and operators on preparing lease and maintenance agreements and maintenance boundary plans. You will also be responsible for reviewing and following up on submissions for Operators’ additions and alterations.

Requirements:

 • Degree in Real Estates/Estate and Property Management or equivalent; general degree holders with relevant experience may apply

• Familiar with and appreciative of the workings of government agencies in land matters affecting infrastructural development

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
