Would you like to drive an HR agenda across a global business unit? Help drive the global People and Culture agenda You will become the global HR Partner for Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA), the internal advertising agency in the LEGO Group. CMA is a global business unit covering Denmark, UK, the US and China. Thus, you will be navigating in and driving the HR agenda on a global scale. You will build relationships with leaders and HR colleagues across various cultures and locations, and: Translate and bridge overall HR direction into the CMA organisation to create business impact with a current focus on leadership development, globalisation and organisational health. Develop and drive the HR core processes within CMA and set clear targets to support business goals. Challenge and spar with leaders on all HR and leadership related issues. Provide strategic workforce planning and drive organisational and competency development to support the long term strategy. Ensure global HR alignment to support the global growth of CMA. Make an impact on the organisation of the future This is a role of great influence and responsibility, and it lies at the heart of a unique, global enterprise. The sheer breadth of this role makes this both challenging and rewarding - driving a global HR agenda gives you the opportunity to make a real impact and add significant value to the business globally. You will join a small international HR Partner team, yet be part of a large, professional HR community where you will be able to influence and shape the dynamic and global HR agenda. We work together and act as a sounding board for each other - and we succeed through collaboration. HR Business Partner with a strong track record You will be challenged on your ability to collaborate with HR colleagues across borders, getting to know the CMA’s business needs and understanding CMA´s end-to-end value chain. To facilitate this, you: Have a master´s degree in Business Administration, HRM or similar, giving you a methodical and analytical approach - and you are not put off by Excel and translating insights into actions Have at least 5 years of HR and business experience, preferably from a large company with core HR processes, so you understand how to drive processes and organisational development Have a solid business sense and a strategic mind-set Are empathetic with good people skills, making you a trusted partner for the business Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
