Senior Financial Assistant for LEGO Education

We are looking for a Senior Financial Assistant to provide strong and value adding reporting and ensure high quality in core finance processes in LEGO Education. Ensure back-end to provide strong and insightful financial reporting Your key responsibility will be to ensure alignment across LEGO Education and make sure that one coherent set of numbers is communicated from the finance organization to LEGO Education managers. In particular, you will: Be responsible for the monthly reporting cycle, including management performance reports, regional and local profit and loss reporting, sales performance reporting and project tracking reporting Continuously develop reporting tools that cater to the needs of all relevant stakeholders Consolidate monthly financial estimates regarding the business' latest expectations on sales and cost for the financial year Deliver financial analyses by conducting various sales and cost analyses Be responsible for maintaining our master data in SAP. To be successful in this position, you are motivated by and take pride in preparing immaculate reports, ensuring compliance and making sure that the accounts are balanced. Moreover, you most likely have: Either a BA or several years of experience from a similar position in AR/AP as e.g. Financial Assistant, Accountant or Bookkeeper A strong knowledge of Excel , and knowledge of SAP is a clear advantage Strong English skills - both spoken and written A desire to work with reporting and you are driven by timely and accurate reporting - both from an execution and a development perspective.
