Your responsibilities
- Identifying and creating innovative solutions and methods
- Moderating change leadership meetings to coordinate team goals and review progress.
- Create a framework for delivering our digital transformation using project management standards
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in project management (ideally with growth character) in the energy trading business
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex information to different target groups in an understandable manner
- Strong understanding of the framework conditions for project management
- Team player, independent, well-organized, strong initiative and the ability to think independently and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office services
- Strong focus on achieving results with a "getting things done" attitude. High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
