Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. is currently recruiting Sales & Service Associates with Turkish and English fluency for our Customer Contact Centre in Cork City.
The Sales & Service Associate will receive and process calls from travel agents, business houses and the general public, book reservations and provide information on all Starwood brands/properties, in a professional manner with specific emphasis on sales and service to the caller in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures.
Position Requirements: Candidates must be computer literate with an excellent telephone manner, the ability to work independently and have strong aptitude for Sales and Customer Services.
Fluency in Turkish and English essential.
