- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner;
- Have a complete knowledge of the function of the establishment, its services and of any special promotion, being able to answer quest queries promptly and knowledgeably in line with the standards of the venue;
- Takes queries, calls and bookings;
- Makes payments, handles money;
- Managing the guest list and taking clients to their appropriate tables/sofas;
- Provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and service;
Handle any customer complaints or problems promptly and ensure that all resolved/unresolved incidents are reported to the Venue Manager.

- Be aware of the offers and promotions of the day;
- Use up-selling skills in order to generate more revenue;
- Good command of English Language

- Ensure high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times;
- Be security conscious with respect to guest, staff and venue property and to report suspicious circumstances to your Manager;
- Act on your responsibilities for Health and Safety at work;
