Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued growth, new contracts and an extensive pipeline of work, one of Ireland’s top Civil Contractors are hiring multiple Junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyors. This role is office based in Dublin.

Duties:

• Quantity Surveying
• BOQ
• Tendering
• Cost Analysis & Reporting.
• Valuations
• Progress Claims.

• Degree qualified with at least 2 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within the industry in Ireland or the UK.
• Be proficient with relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be commercially and contractually aware.
• Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
