We are looking for a Project Manger to join Trust Services & Tecnologies team, who supports us in the management of IT security projects (nationally and internationally), interfacing both with the design and development group and with company’s customer representatives.  

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Collect and analyze customer requests and technical requirement
  • Support on systems and services developed by the company
  • Defining comprehensive project documents to guide project execution and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Support for API integration in third-party applications
  • Represent technological solutions to the customer by combining excellent technical expertise with an effective relational approach
  • Develop customer release/activation plans in a consistent manner and coordinating the various company resources
  • Manage the unexpected, providing effective technical support in the event of a crisis
  • Produce and integrate high-quality technical documentation (technical writing)
  • Carry out feasibility analyses and quickly indicate alternatives
  • Coordinate activities with the software design and development teams, and with the main reference actors (internal and external)
  • Lead with leadership and commitment all project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure)

 

Munkaköri követelmények

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Master's or three-year degree in technology (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering) or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with rest API, SOAP, etc. integration
  • Familiarity with network security issues

It’s a plus: basic knowledge of the main project management models, OWASP framework and a second foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French,)
