Make your ability count at NNE

We are experts in end-to-end pharma engineering, and our success is built on our relationships, both with our colleagues and our customers. If you want to work on projects shaping the future of sustainable and intelligent pharma facilities, NNE is the place to be.

Let’s talk about the nice feeling of working at NNE

Whichever dream or focus you have, NNE offers exciting career opportunities in a truly passionate and high-powered working environment.

You will join our Project Execution area consisting approximately of 350 highly skilled project employees. You will work as a consultant to our customers - alone or as part of a project team within Project Execution.

You will join our Project Controls Team, consisting of approximately 35 highly skilled Senior Project controllers, Project controllers and Junior Project Controllers across Denmark and India. We engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders. Regardless of which of these many stakeholders we face, our commitment is to take a wingman position; providing our stakeholders support in a manner that allows them a feeling of control and support. This requires a proactive mindset and approach to solving tasks and a high level of flexibility.

My NNE – a word from your future colleague Pernille

“What I think is great is that we have both small and big projects to work on, and it gives you as a controller many opportunities for variation and development. In the big projects you get to be part of a team of controllers, both from NNE and from the customer. So your task span can go from cashflow and follow up on invoices and numbers, to guide and support presentation of important project drivers. That’s exciting. That’s what a project environment like ours can give you.”

We are looking for a Project controller who has a high degree and interest in IT tools, who will support the team by being a superuser of our existing tools, develop and test new tools and support colleagues with cross-project tasks along with being a Project controller.

How you might spend your days

As a Project Controller, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where your responsibilities will be:

Project controlling activities:

  •  Project Performance Reporting – Internal & External
  • Target monitoring of incentive penalty agreements
  • Burn Rate Reporting
  • Profit & Loss reporting and analysis
  • Forecast evaluations on engineering and procurement

IT tools activities:

  •  Training of new colleagues in Project Controls tools
  • Develop tools – e.g., a new report in our PIMS system, in Excel Query or PowerBI
  • Understand our price setup for multiple customers and support yearly updates across projects
  • Create manuals for using the IT tools
  • On the longer perspective, participating in implementing new tools, e.g. new ERP system

You have a daily corporation with stakeholders both in NNE like Project Managers, IT and Finance, and also with our customers in relation to specific controller issues.

 Who you are

We care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work, and your energy is what impacts the effort we do as a team.

We are looking for a dedicated Project Controller who have some experience with financial aspects, but also have a great drive and hands on experience with different IT tools, both as a user and from implementing new tools.

  • You work well on your own and learn fast.
  • You find it easy to establish new relations.
  • You have a good understanding of economics, possibly from a Finance or Project position.
