We are seeking motivated production workers in the salmon factories in Norway. As a production worker within the fishing industry, you will be part of a team that will ensure optimal daily operation of the production. Duties include packing and other similar tasks as requested or assigned. Previous seafood industry experience is a plus. We also welcome employees with no prior experience or training.
-Approved background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (criminal records and documented past 5 years) or possibility to apply for one
-Former experience from food production/industry/production
-Able to maintain a positive attitude
-Fluency in English or Norwegian
-Being familiar with hygiene and HSE rules
-Polite and precise
-Fast and effective
-Can work independently and in team
-Good collaboration and communication skills
-Likes to work in high tempo with routine tasks
