Are you a detail-oriented and skilled planning analyst and do you understand the importance of day-to-day operations? Then this is an opportunity to become an active partner in helping us move towards an even better flow planning process in Elements & Moulds. Planning and administrative responsibilities Overall, you are responsible for making the production plan for all incoming moulds. In Elements & Moulds, Planning we are responsible for planning the entire process from when designers have a new idea for an element that requires a new type of mould until the element is in production. Furthermore, we are in the initial phase of collecting and analysing data to improve planning processes. As such, your responsibilities include: Planning the mould production from end to end, based on capacity reports, demand forecast, standard lead times etc. Gathering data and information regarding the mould process to aid in pred- ting e.g. delays to be able to plan resources and move towards an even flow throughout the year Being involved in tenders and purchase of new moulds, including comparing prices/suppliers and placing orders, securing a structured approach and planning the load on each supplier Ensuring dialogue with relevant stakeholders to facilitate planning processes Quality When joining the LEGO Group, you are trusted to make decisions, do what is right and get things done at the highest possible quality. As Planning Analyst, you will get to use your analytical skills and knowledge of impact analysis to conduct day-to-day capacity planning tasks. Proactive and skilled analyst with planning experiencec To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have the ability to conduct valuable analyses, deliver large amounts of data while also being able to interact with people.
