What are the requirements? an equivalent nursing degree enthusiasm for your profession willingness to do shift work and to provide specialized and patient-oriented integral care (basic and technical nursing) motivation to adjust to another culture, working environment and healthcare system German knowledge according to level A1 - A2 and willingness to improve your language skills You do not possess previous language knowledge in German? please send us your application anyway the clinic frequently also offers language courses for interested nurses without previous knowledge in German
What do we have to offer? workplace integration through professional assistance from our project staff and colleagues from different countries translators will support you in English the clinic takes care of the application process which consists of checking the equivalence of your academic title (translations included) and obtaining the permission to hold the official job title (recognition of the profession) support by our German nurses during your adjustment period on the ward, on-the-job training and advanced vocational training a practice-oriented German language course until language level B2 according to CEFR paid for and carried out by the clinic adequate payment from the beginning while attending the language course accommodation in completely furnished shared apartments for a fair rental price steady employment at first as a caregiver in preparation of your work as examined nurse permanent contract as examined nurse with a contractual obligation of 24 months directly after obtaining the permission of use for your professional title training agreement on the training and formation provided by the clinic, that is necessary for exercising the profession “Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger”
