Do you consider yourself a talented manager, and would you like to take on the challenge of managing an international SAP BI development team?
Join us and become manager of the SAP BI department, which is responsible for our SAP HANA platform, where you will be managing the team located in Denmark, Poland and Malaysia, respectively. The department is responsible for maintaining and developing solutions on our SAP HANA platform via projects and changes, as well as for ensuring high-availability services for the platform.
SAP BI is part of our Group functions, which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In SAP BI, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company.
You will be based at our Danish offices in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work, as the business units served are located in Virum and Gentofte.
Areas of responsibility
As the manager of SAP BI, you are part of the execution and realisation of the BI strategy and target architecture in close cooperation with other departments and business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing eight internal consultants located in Denmark, Poland and Malaysia, respectively, and you will be at your business stakeholders' disposal and meet with them on a regular basis with a view to matching expectations and prioritising tasks and initiatives.
Furthermore, your key duties will be to:
•prepare development plans for the team members through frequent feedback and coaching
•prioritise resources and prioritise tasks within the team as well as being responsible for the SAP BW/HANA platform and solutions
•drive initiatives for utilising the full potential of our SAP HANA platform through projects and changes
•ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects and changes for SAP BW/HANA as well as ensuring a high service/support level and user satisfaction through structured incident management and problem management
•participate in projects as IT responsible.
Your profile
You hold a bachelor or master's degree in computer science or economics.
You are an experienced manager who can communicate and relate to many different people, cultures and nationalities. In addition, you are flexible, result-oriented and have a strong customer mindset, and you are able to understand issues from different customer perspectives.
You have knowledge of and experience with SAP BW/HANA and its capabilities and potential.
As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently.
As a person, you are outgoing and able to establish strong relationships with your colleagues and business stakeholders across the organisation.
