Have you just graduated from university? As a Management Trainee HR, you will be deployed and trained in various roles and projects. This will prepare you for a challenging career in a short period of time.

Are you ready to understand the legal framework of our joint committees?

Do you have a strong personality that allows you to define your domain and gain authority so that the daily operations work within the lines of the legal framework?

Do you have broad interests? So you not only learn legislation but also how our company is organized, what the roles are within the various departments and how HR is intertwined.

Do you have an analytical mind to carry out projects as a junior expert in complex themes such as HR tools, cost engineering, learning & development and much more?

Over a period of 2 years, you will be given a comprehensive package of tasks within the various HR areas, in which you can find your way around the company. This can be in a decentralized role within a cluster of operations, at site level or at business unit level, depending on your skills and interests.
