In order to stay world leading, it is important for us to develop and engage young ambitions talents and helping release their potential. Therefore, we have decided to launch a brand new graduate program, where you will get a unique opportunity to become one of the pioneers and hereby impact our future business.
About the graduate programme
The International Commercial Graduate Programme is a two-year journey consisting of 4 different rotations, where you will try out various positions across the different functions and departments within our Water Division and other global functions. Each rotation will enhance your business understanding and provide you with the opportunity to develop, implement and commercialize solutions in collaboration with some of the brightest minds. In cooperation we will plan the two first rotations before you start, this may include a rotation abroad to Atlanta, USA. As our graduate you will take control of you own career, and we will tailor the programme individual to you in order to meet your ambitions and expectations.
You will start the program in our Product & Commercial Management team, and have a direct reference to our Head of Product & Commercial Management. Besides Product & Commercial Management, you will also have the opportunity to gain insight from our Business Development, Sales, Finance or Supply Chain. During the programme you will also attend different courses at our own Kamstrup Academy and we will continuously work with developing both your professional and personal skills.
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious, talented and outgoing International Commercial Graduate, who can help shape our future and hereby contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree at the top of your class. In addition, you have participated in case competitions with good results and had a semester or an internship abroad, or other relevant experience. Education in Business, Engineering, Economics or similar will be relevant in the position.
As a person, you are ambitious and want to kickstart your career in a growth-oriented organization where no two days are alike. You strive to deliver results independently but also enjoy the synergies of teamwork. You have a commercial mindset and the ability to challenge status quo. In addition, you are curious, quick to acquire new knowledge and not afraid of asking questions. It is natural for you to work in a structured and systematic way, why your tasks are always of high quality and completed within the deadline. You are positive and outgoing, and you always meet people with a smile. Finally, you are characterized by being energetic, self-driving and see opportunities and possibilities rather than limitations.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset
