The team you'll be part of The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams. To strengthen the sales team in BeNeLux, the Nokia Enterprise Sales organization is looking for a junior sales colleague with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong passion in order to expand Nokia's enterprise business on the Dutch market. What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, and while being coached by senior Account Managers, you will: Identify and develop prospects and attract new customers from different verticals (Transportation, Energy, Public Sector, Manufacturing & Logistics, Health, Finance,...) Maintain and manage relationships with prospects, key strategic existing accounts and eco-system partners Strive for high standards in customer satisfaction, quality and responsiveness towards customers Define the best go-to-market per opportunity: direct or via partners Measure short and long term sales targets (quota, objectives,…) Understand, anticipate, and articulate the trends and needs of the various market segments Maintain a solid technical background and understanding of Nokia's complete portfolio to correctly qualify opportunities Work in virtual teams involving Business Groups and supporting functions to be most effective in winning new deals Provide regular sales forecasting and visibility into sales activity by keeping a current pipeline using Nokia forecasting tools

Munkaköri követelmények
  • an enthusiastic quick learner, a self-starter and an autonomous player
  • an affinity for teamwork, networking with people and for telecommunications, digital transformation and technology
  • a degree in Commerce and/or in Engineering
  • polished and refined communication skills with fluency in Dutch and English
