Carry out daily policy and claim insurance administration tasks for the LEGO Group This is an opportunity to work directly with insurance and insurance related risk management in an international company as well as with some of the organisation's other ventures and activities. Take on a variety of exciting insurance challenges You will join the Risk Management Department within Corporate Legal Affairs. Together with the Corporate Risk Manager, you will be responsible for global and local insurance policy administration and established insurance programs. This entails: Coordinating our efforts, including gathering information necessary to maintain and renew local and global insurance programs. Answering questions regarding risk and insurance coverage. And, you will be in charge of updating the LEGO Group's insurance website. Registering and updating claims and incidents in the policy and claim system. Daily contact to insurers and insurance broker. Making sure we have good working relations with internal and external collaboration partners and stakeholders. You will work with high level stakeholders and get to play a key role in securing the LEGO Group and associated companies' assets within a broad range of activities in terms of insurance. Do you have what it takes? You will be working in an international environment and deliver sparring and advice to stakeholders at all levels to supply the best insurance solutions. To do so, you: Have 3-5 years of experience from an insurance company or broker. Are a strong communicator, who are used to interacting with many different types of people - at all management levels. Have experience appraising potential risk factors and assessing the need for insurance coverage. Speak and write English close to fluently. May have a level 4 degree from the Insurance Academy or similar education or background.
