The purpose of this role is to develop Citrix customer base selling our technical support services directly to end user (B2B sales)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from warm lead qualification to closing deals (no cold calling)
- Grow the support opportunity sales pipeline on a quarterly basis
- Sell Citrix support services to direct clients
- Manage and develop a pipeline of potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients
- Sell and up-sell Citrix service offerings to installed base customers
- Work towards quarterly targetsForecasting
Experience and Skills that you need to be successful in the role:
- 1+ years B2B sales experience, preferably IT or Service sales
- Proven ability to sales and track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets
- Previous sales experience needs to include owning the negotiation, objection handling and closing part. (lead generation and cold calling are not necessary in this role).
- Fluent / native level of Englsih and experience selling into the relevant market
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Excellent team player attitude, with the ability to work independently.
