Sisecam Flat Glass Italy is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for the geographical area of ​​northern Italy to implement its staff.

In particular, the requested person will be directly responsible for the following activities:

• Personnel Management;

• Organization and contracts;

• Support in the Recruiting process;

• Support in the management of Performance Management;

• Support in the management of Development & Compensation projects;

• Support to the HR Manager for trade union bargaining activities;

• Reporting to the HR Department and the General Management;

for the plants in FVG.

Munkaköri követelmények

• Degree, preferably in humanities/economics or law;

• experience in industrial relations;

• 2/3 years of experience gained in multinational and / or modernly structured companies;

• Good knowledge of the English and Italian language.

Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, proactivity, positivity, listening and flexibility, coaching skills, prioritization skills, ability to generate new ideas and feedback skills complete the profile.
