HR Program Specialist (m/f)
Your main tasks:
- Plans and implements a closely associated set of program initiatives for an identified client-oriented operational entity of the company.
- Participates in the generation of program resources and in the design and development of program operating goals, objectives, and protocols.
- Serves as primary point of both internal and external representation and liaison with respect to program implementation and operational matters, and provides technical/professional and programmatic guidance, consultation, and support to client constituencies as appropriate.
- Supports Program Manager in creation of formal Calibration Program
- Creates and ensure formal governance process for maintenance of job descriptions, hiring profile alignments, and associated verification and measures
- Document program guidelines, and standards and work with vendor managers to promote consistency, understanding and adherence to program standards
- Captures data related to agent skills, experience, certifications, knowledge contributions, performance feedback, etc. to create agent reputation model
- Establish and maintain formal processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Operational Forum including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes
- Create communication materials to support the program launch and provide data for the monthly newsletter to foster ongoing stakeholder communication
- Oversees and administers all facets of the day-to-day operations of the various programs and activities related to the position.
- Plans, develops, and implements strategies for identifying and generating funding and/or resource opportunities for program activities, to include development of grant and other fundraising proposals.
- Provides and/or coordinates the provision of technical guidance, consultation, related support to clientele within area of program focus; provides day-to-day problem solving as necessary on day-to-day program-related needs and issues.
- Creates, produces, and delivers a range of promotional, educational, and informational presentations, and/or resource materials related to program activities and initiatives.
- Oversees and/or coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data; develops, writes, edits, and presents comprehensive statistical and narrative program reports and evaluations.
- Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives for the unit; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations, as appropriate to the unit.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- University degree
- 2 to 3 years of business experience in HR administration, business support
- Good communication and interpersonal, problem solving as well as decision making skills
- Reliable, responsible, self-driven, result orientated personality
- Ability to deliver results in cross cultural and virtual organizations and to work with remote management model
- Understanding of "business support" function in a proactive way
- Good Excel skills (mandatory)
- Ability to learn new software and tools rapidly
